Canadian Rockies, Edmonton & Jasper - Alberta Canada

My next destination was Alberta Canada. I visited both Edmonton and Jasper in the Canadian Rockies. I just loved the Rockies - they are so beautiful and wonderful. Edmonton was really nice too - I loved the West Edmonton Mall !!

The Canadian Rockies are just so awesome. I went through them in the middle of summer and they still had snow up on their peaks. Just breathtaking scenery that is just wonderful.

This photo was taken while I was taking the train from Vancouver BC through to Edmonton Alberta. The actual photo was taken through the window of one of the Observation Carriages on the train.

Some of the beautiful scenery that can be found in the Canadian Rockies. This is a beautiful waterfall which I saw from the train window.

Cute Bear Cubs on the road to Jasper in the Canadian Rockies

Just couldn't resist taking a photo of these two bear cubs - we saw some people stopped on the side of the road and wondered what was going on so we stopped and when we did saw the bear cubs - awwwwhh how cute!

A Funny Photo

This photo was taken while I was visiting with Robert, Anita Sue and JuneBug at the West Edmonton Mall in Edmonton - Alberta. It is one of the largest Malls/Shopping Complexes in the whole world.

Jasper - in the heart of the Rockies; Actual size=240 pixels wide

This photo was taken in Jasper - right in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. You can see in the foreground the train that I travelled on and in the background - the beautiful Canadian Rockies.

A Big Elk on the side of the road.

A nice picture of an Elk. These animals are in the Deer Family and can grow quite tall.. They love to cross the highways and this one did that when we were passing by. This photo was great because you got to see the Elk and the lake in the background and some of the mountains as well.

More beautiful waterfalls in the Candian Rockies

This is one of the most beautiful sights you will ever see while taking the train ride through the Canadian Rockies. These waterfalls were just so beautiful and water looks so crystal clear.. One of my favourite photos from my whole trip.
